On the 23 May 2013, a complaint was laid with "reputable" communication services TELKOM regading lines not operating in Eltivillas, Louis Trichardt. On the 30 June 2013 a response received that the lines should be restores by 10 June 2013. Another response received on 03 June, that the restoration will be done on 02 June (weird i know). On the 12 June 2013, an SMS was received indicating that restoration will be done by 14 June 2013. Today is 01 July 2013, and nothing has been restored. When you call the call centre, the operators have no idea, none what so ever regarding when restoration will be done. What is the point of having incompetent call centres??? TELKOM is USELESS!!!
