I have a data contract with MTN. For the past month I have struggling to browse. The connection keeps dropping or the download speed is f#cking ridiculously slow! I cannot wait for this contract to end in order for me to get a better Service Provider. I have always been having issues with my internet, where the speed is at 45 kbps or the modem doesn't want to connect. I have tried everything from reinstalling the software to updating it but nothing seems to work! Please get me feedback as I am sick and tired of this f#cking incompetence. If you phone the call centre, they send you from pillar to post, I don't even bother to phone anymore. MTN YOU!
