When i initially took out this contract my Internet speed was great, no delay no lag... really fast Internet. As of late [since around Feb this year] i have been struggling to use the Internet. my download speed is no more than 6kbs and upload is .05kbps. i have contacted 8ta 4 times in the past month and every time i get the same excuse. " Sorry sir whomever logged the complaint did not get all the information so the technical department closed the case." Now what the am i suppose to do with a contract i pay for on a monthly basis that i can barely use. The service is pathetic, the call center staff no nothing, they have a data call center that cannot assist with anything except telling you to download software that you cannot even download because the connection is putrid slow. I want 8ta to fix this issue or cancel this contract and give me my money back since they are not keeping up to there end of the deal. I am really so fed up. I have work to do in the evenings and cannot because the internet does not work, i dont see 8ta paying my bills the end of the month only taking money for a service that is nt being provided! If you where considering signing up... Think again!
