False blacklisting

I am unable to get a false blacklisting removed for a family member whose affairs I have been handling since their major accident in 2006. The blacklisting keeps being replaced by Vodacom itself despite prescription more than 8 or more years ago.

"If no payment has been made on that account for 3 years and no summons has been issued for that debt within the last 3 years - then that debt is prescribed and you are not legally bound to repay that debt."

Considering that it is past the prescription date and that no action has been taken over more than 8 or more years, I must request you to have this blacklisting removed immediately so that their financial life, after considerable struggle, can start returning to normal without being hobbled by incorrect actions by unscrupulous and/or bad business processes. It is bad enough that the amount claimed is some 10x the original debt - anyone else have the same problems?

There is no point discussing this matter with the endless rounds of incompetent debt collectors running up costs on your behalf because they are incompetent and never provide feedback despite numerous emails.

Get it done and email me with confirmation please!
