Unauthorised debit orders from closed account

On 19 January 2013 my personal account was changed to a corporate account. The last authorised debit order went off my account in January. Further unauthorised debit orders have now gone off my account on 31 May and today (29 June). In the attempt to prevent another debit order (which has obviously been unsuccessful, as another debit order has gone off today), I called Autopage earlier this week to address this matter and was referred from pillar to post (at least 5 different people).
I was asked to send a fax with proof that a debit order has gone off my account and told me that I will need to call them again if I have not heard from then after 24 hours, which I did. Everybody I have spoken to told me that they cannot help me, as their department does not deal with my situation and were also not able to put me in touch with the right person. However, L. Schoeman at the call centre told me that he would notify accounts to address this. I also sent the fax to him again so that he can forward this to them. I did not receive any reference number about this matter. Can somebody please take ownership of this and resolve this urgently. This is very embarrassing for Autopage. Thanks
