I resigned from Neotel in Octcober and handed the company phone and SIM card back to Rishi who is the administrator. I was shocked to see an MTN debit order on the first of December and when I contacted Rishi about it he said it was an error and promised to sort it out. I have since been billed for 8 consecutive months and I am very frustrated as neither MTN nor Rishi seem to care about this proble.
