Poor internet connection

I have had an 8ta 10gb contract for the past 11months and right from the word go I have had trouble with the reception and service of s internet service.
We have complained multiple times to the Canal Walk store and service center and have had 4 technicians come out and yet the problem still persists.
We have been asking for 8ta to install a booster since week one when we started experiencing problems and 11months down the line they have still done nothing about it.
They always say they will phone us back yet never do then when we complain again they said but they did phone us which is an absolute lie.
The reason we have been asking for the booster is that we never seem to reach faster speeds than edge speeds. We have threatened to cancel our contract with them but they feel feathers about it. I am now trying one last time to get them to install a booster to fix the absolute shocking internet speeds otherwise if they have not done so by mid July I will be cancelling my contract with them for good.
This service has been the worst I have ever experienced and I highly suggest people steer clear.
