I placed an order for a passenger side mirror for my 2009 Renault Logan, I was asked specifically for the VIN number.
Upon fetching the item and taking it home, discovered that this was the wrong part. Called them the next morning and was advised by Rishi, that a new part will be ordered.
Next day, I received a call to say that the part was in Durban,
Cut a long story short, Rishi delivered the correct part to me at home after hours.
There was a difference of about R80.00 which was waivered.
Thanks to Rishi Singh for going beyond the call of duty.
