I HAVE SPOKEN TO SEVERAL CLERKS ON A DAILY BASIS TO CANCEL THIS NEOTEL ACCOUNT SINCE DECEMBER 2012. IN JANUARY 2013 SPOKE TO STEPHEN WHO IS THE MANAGER AND WAS PROMISED NO MORE DEBIT ORDERS (I NEVER AUTHORISED A DEBIT IN THE FIRST PLACE). BUT STILL NO JOY, I THEN FILLED IN FORMS WITH MY BANK TO RETURN DEBIT ORDERS, BUT HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THEM REVERSED. THEN NEOTEL HAD THE CHEEK TO DO DOUBLE DEBIT ORDERS AS THE OTHERS WERE RETURNED, I THEN HAD TO DO NEW DEBIT ORDERS FOR THE DOUBLE AMOUNTS. IT IS NOW NEARLY SEPTEMBER 2013 AND THEY ARE STILL DEBITING MY ACCOUNT REGARDLESS. I AM AT MY WITS END, MY BANK SAYS NEOTEL HAS TO CANCEL ON THEIR SIDE IN ORDER FOR THIS TO STOP BUT NEOTEL IS NOT DOING, I HAVE TOLD THEM ITS AS i NEVER SIGNED A DEBIT FORM. PLEASE HELP ME
