Mtn has been debiting my account for the last 8 months for a Neotel company phone the I have not used since October. the phone and sim was handed over to Neotel when I resigned in October and a call has been logged several times with Comrad Gengan but nothing has been done. I have incurred unnecessary bank charges monthly for last 8 months in the process of canceling these debit orders.
