The Neotel contract expired and was closed on the 3 December and Neotel continued to bill me and process debit orders. fianlly after numerouse complaints on Hello Peter and sending a complaint to ICASA I received a statment on the 01 February wiht a balance due of 9 cents.
Today I was handed over to the Neotel attorneys for the outstanding amount. I can only imagine this is for the 9 cents as that I owe.
