Change over to Cell C- why?

I have been a loyal client of Cell C for the past 10 years and have not complained about service etc. I recently rolled over from Nashua Mobile to Cell C, but my number has always been a Cell C number. On the 19th June, I loaded my account with the R57 BIS service and to my dismay, I had no service on my birthday (29th June). I called the contact centre, where the technical help desk then called RIM in the UK and they stated that I had been de-activated for some unknown reason. A reference number was given to me and on Sunday I decided to call back for feedback. The customer services rep. indicated that I needed to load another R57 for the activation of BIS, which I feel is ridiculous, as I had done so just 10 days prior.
It's the little things that make the difference when it comes to service providers and Cell C clearly does not have any sort of CRM in place. They can send silly sms's about promo's that do not interest me in the least, but not a simple Happy Birthday in the 10 years or even the resolution of my problem.
You are required to rate the service that you receive from the agent that you speak to after the call- I will be rating Cell C's overall service pending this...
