DEBIT ORDERS GOING THROUGH MY ACCOUNT

2nd complaint. last year Oct I cancelled Neotel. I have since been calling, emailing and threatening them on a monthly basis, only to be made false promises of the refunds. I have never ever signed a debit order as I used to do eft payments. The moment I cancelled the contract they started debiting my bank account with R 399-00 for which they had no authorisation, i spoke to Lesego Mohlamme this morning & she confirmed I had no debit order I paid cash. Thabeleng Makhakhe also called me this morning to say they would refund me and ten minutes later my cel phone beeped to say they were debiting me with another R 399-00. I am holding on for Neotel as I am typing and have been on the phone for the past hour to get this sorted out. If I do not have answers before the end of today I am going to take legal action. I also want all refunds done before the end of today. I have consulted with an attorney and I have legal case against Neotel for.
