This is just ridiculous now. I've cancelled my Neotel subscription in October 2012 and I just found out that my account is being debited every month since then!
I've also got a confirmation email from Kgothatso Motlou with regards to the cancellation with reference number 51276997. Please return my money immediately!
The reason for cancelling my service is because Neotel disabled my phone services months before without telling me..
