For last 3 years always made annual payment end of March to get the benefit of paying at the old price and every year I have similar same issues. This year I changed the billing from annual to monthly and I confirmed with the consultant and it was recorded that I was only liable for payment on 28 April but now I am told (yet again) I am one month short and must pay on 28 March.

Went in to Randburg service centre on Tuesday 27 March 2012 and spent over an hour resolving this account in person. Was then requested to make a payment of R 6370.60 and move the billing date to 28 March but I insisted I wanted the date to remain 28 April and after much discussion they finally asked me to make a payment of R 6864 to keep billing date which I did and was issued a receipt reflecting that I had paid for the period 28 April 2012 to 27 April 2013. When I called in this year to resolve a botched software upgrade I then changed the billing to monthly and I re-confirmed that I was paid up until 27 April. Can someone get all the systems on the same page at least. Now I am been threathened with disconnection on 28 March.
