STRUGGLING TO GET A REFUND & TERRIBLE SERVICE OVER

Long story short:
I have 2 numbers on a contract. Went to Canal Walk (in Feb) to upgrade ONE number but the other was upgraded. Went back the next day to rectify the problem. End of the month the statement shows i was billed for BOTH numbers. So instead of a R700 bill, the account is R1100. In March I have the incorrect billing rectified but in April i was bille R958 AGAIN!!! I am now waiting for the refund for March and will probably have to struggle to get my refund for April. Is there someone who can assist me, PLEASE??? Your call centre agents at 808 are useless and will not go the extra mile for a customer. Other service centers cannot assist and keep telling me to go back to Canal Walk. I'm tired of all the calls i have to make to get MY money back for something that wasnt my fault. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ABOUT THE REFUNDS!!!
