I have so many references I have lost count; I have called, sent messages from their website, etc. etc. etc. My most recent two references are 101271560 and 101272202; I have been billed pro-rata for a time my service was not yet activated (there was a problem on their Eppix system with activation) and I signed up for 150MB data but have only received 130MB and this two days late (supposedly due to a provisioning error on their system). I have been trying to get this rectified but talking to their not so literate call centre agents is like running up against a brick wall. Yesterday I asked for a manager or supervisor and was given the usual excuse that they are all in a meeting and will call me back - needless to say this never happened - I got another reference again 101470964.
MTN YOU ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT!!
If this is not rectified I will return your handset and cancel the contract in terms of the CPA.
Please do not reply with a generic response as I will then deem this as your total disinterest in the matter and proceed as above
