This is my second complain about Cell C, since my first complain, which was done about a month ago has still not been resolved!
I applied for a cell phone contract from Cell C, after massive confusion and many call to their call center i managed to get the correct handset delivered! However they have forgotten to send me a sim card for the phone and its now just over a MONTH that i am still waiting for the sim to arrive! I have not activated my account as yet, or even switched my phone on either! However when going through my mail yesterday i received an account for the month of June! I mean what type of crazy charges a customer for a full month service when my account has not even been activated! This is ridiculous, and a shockingly bad reflection of CELL C as an organization.
I used this network for about the last 9 years as a prepaid customer and had no issues! Now that i have opted for a contract and brought the human aspect into the equation! i am slowly being disillusioned by how great Cell C WAS, and how pathetic they have become!
I managed to find one great representative at Cell C, Malehasa Mutsoane, who has tried her best to help. Thank you
