Dearest Cell C, I was at your above mentioned Branch, I had seen a special on your website (sim only contract for R69 per month 1 gig data. )
When I first called the branch no one knew about this special therefore i had to inform the lady about the product that YOU are offering.
I then came into the branch after having to obtain bank statements, payslips (3 months) proof of address, which took the lady over an hour to actually help me.
The lady then came to the realisation they do not have the product on the system, so I left and they advised they would call me back, they never did and I followed up
A week later they said the problem has been rectified i should come into the store, when I get to the store the problem HAS IN FACT NOT BEEN rectified and once again they tell me the special is still not reflecting on the system.
So I asked them to cancel everything, a week later they debit my account with the R114 activation fee. Really? With no contract my account still gets debited.
