Overcharged for packet swicthed date calls

I upgraded my 2 blackberry contracts to the samsung galaxy s3 mini and s3. R249 and R329 packages. I received the pro rata data and was said that MTN did a survey and found that 200Mb data was a good deal, No one informed us that if you leave your mobile data running on your phone, to receive emails, updates on facebook or use watsup you will be billed for all the adds running day and nite. I was also shocked to find that my battery only lasted 1 day. This was all because of the mobile data was on. I upgraded on 8 and 9 June 2013. The bill on the 20th June was R2795 for the data used. That is not right. I whent to the Hartbeespoort mtn shop and asked how this is possible and they said Oh that is just how it is and that I am not the first client that upgraded that had such a shocking bill. I now must just pay for something I did not even use but was running in the background. I did phone for an arrangement to pay off but am still waiting for response. I am actually not prepaired to pay and would like an investigation in this regards. Since I have switched off my mobile date my battery also last 3 days. WARN YOUR CLIENTS AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF!!!
