14/09/13 I upgraded to a BlackBerry Z10, it's advertised in the booklet that you get 5 GB of data that works only on 8ta network. At that time I've already spent my previous package data and min so I was informed that I new package will kick in from the 01 October 2013. I then received all my minutes except for data. Started phoning and complaining for the past 2 weeks. I phoned today and informed that from the 14 the 5 GB promo wasn't active it started on the 20th. I was told in the shop that I qualify and by the time I receive my first package the promo will be already running.
