Mis lead clients -promoting technician cost DATA

I am a cell c client for the past 10 years. I recently upgraded my cell phone on 02 June 2013- with a Galaxy S4 which comes with 1 GIG data FREE!

I am now told that the 1 GIG data is charged from the 30 June onwards and not 02 June 2013.
I have spoken to many people at cell c including a dropped call.
1st refer no References- 1307150000040643 and the 2nd Reference 3071500837 and waiting...

I upgraded my contact at the Cell c store in Sandton. My phOne was due for an upgrade and they advised if I do a sim swop with them I do not pay for the upgrade charges (normally the upgrade at a store is R150).
My bill is exorbitant and now cell c AND Londani explained that the 1 gig data is only available from 30 June 2013.
Further to this I queried my current data usage: IN KILO BYTES
Remaining 37 6851Kilobyte. -System Kilo bytes 94 6176 kilobytes (1000).-102400 (kilobyte) on the straight up used. This is inconsistent to the accounting of the the data consumption.
I have requested the timeline 1st data bundle and was informed that the bundle becomes available for the 1st of every month.
THEN WHY WAS MY 1 GIG BUNDLE NOT APPLIED FROM THE THE 02 JUNE WHEN I UPGRADED.
