Failure to see the logic behind a argument

Unable to reset a simple account password for email.
The client could not remember that a colleague opened the account for them.
Even though both owners of the company's Identity Documents were sent through, and the company letterhead.
It took two days for Mweb to take the case seriously after numerous phone calls and faxes, no response was given to assist in the situasion.
