3rd Call for Service

Hi have recently noticed that my dual SIM card was not working, I called MTN (808 number) customer service to assist. I have now called 3 times for the matter to be resolved, but with no success!!!

Each call, the agent says it will be active in the next 2-24 hours, it has been nearly 3 days and nothing.

Why do I have to keep calling and calling to get assistance.
