Under false pretence?

I took an UNCAPPED internet package from Telkom at a rate of R 329, 00 per month INCLUSIVE of line rental. The package was emailed to me (still in my inbox) as well as confirmed by Sanet Kruger via SMS (still in my inbox), yet three weeks later I received a bill of almost R 2 400, 00 (two thousand four hundred rands). While in the process of disputing this (I had brought it to managements attention, sent emails, etc.), my line was suspended, forcing me to pay the FULL amount INCORRECTLY billed to me. Sanet Kruger, who had texted me her "NEW" number and has IDENTICALL stopped answering my calls and has refused to reply the NUMEROUS messages that I have left. Being no further advanced after yet so long, I received yet another bill stating that my BASIC internet fee is almost R 700, 00 plus line rental etc. I DID NOT CONCEDE to this!! There is no way! CALLS are recorded and I HAVE already done my part in lodging the dispute, so why are we NO further advanced?? Why cant Telkom resolve this? Or, is it their INTENT to OVERCHARGE me time and time again?? Its like daylight! Edward promised that Sanet would call me back by 13:00 that SAME day... I am still waiting! Pathetic! Liars!
