I called the PTA call centre to get some assistance after the usual jhb number was not going through to get some assistance with the technical error on my TV screen. I was holding for more than 10 min and ended up hanging up to try to contact the jhb branch again. Now... bear in mind that I'm calling from my cell phone and all my funds are being wasted on this. I called the jhb branch and experienced the same thing. I cannot keep calling the contact centre too many times for sudden errors on the screen especially after a very long day. I'm tired and cannot be wasting my money over one call. So can someone sort this matter out
