WHERE IS MY BANK CARD

Applied for a cheque card with FNB over 3 weeks ago. CCD couriers called me over 3 weeks ago to arrange delivery of my card. I told the lady that she should not call me on the work number as i am not allowed to answer personal calls during working hours. She then asked me when she should call me. I told her to call me the next day at 8am. Instead of her calling me at the time when i told her to call me she decided to call me way after 8:30 and i was busy so i didn't answer but she decided to call the work number that i told her not to call again. I then told spoke to her and told her that i wont be around that weekend i would be in P.e and i would only be back on the Monday so she should call me on the Monday to try and arrange delivery for that week. She never called back. I called and asked for my card and i was told that it is not on the system. I was told that i would be called and no one has called me since then its been 2 weeks... SORT IT OUT I WANT MY BANK CARD ASAP. What scares me the most is that the card is active and i did not activate it so who did coz i don't have my cheque card. Sithabile Sibanda
