On the 27th June May, I phone Telkom about a fault on our ADSL line. I was put through to a woman called Veronica at approximately 13:38. She was blatantly rude and she was trying to get witty with me while I was obviously frustrated with my Telkom problem. I'm not sure if Veronica is her correct name, this woman could have given me a false name. Please can you find out who she is and report back to me.
