A dual card was opened on my mums account without her approval. It. was done by a family member in Dundee, we approached Edgars for help, the West Street branch was very unhelpful was told they could not help as there is a dual card, tried to explain to them my mum didn't approve this card, even called the line was told we should open a case (case file 207/5/2013) which we did. Case file was transferred to Dundee Inspector Grey 034 299 9754, . What I don't seem to understand Edgars is a huge Company with their own dept. and have not assisted with this matter. Where is de dual card paper work? I want to see if this matches my mother's signature how was the credit limit increased on this account? This person has their own edgars account why can't all the purchases made in dundee and newcastle be transferred onto her account??? This woman has changed her number a few times over the past months, her Identity nos is 8407310253082. My mum has beome very ill and i am worried about her. I would appreciate assistance from the Dept. with regards to this matter.
