I rec an sms stating I did a sim swap, followed by an sms stating that my upgrade has been proceed & its been extended to the 22/06/2015 when I called VC I was advised that I need to call Caroline in their PTA branch as there is an upgrade done, got the no spoke to her she said I just left their shop 15min ago & req an upgrade on my fone, I told that not me, she req i send her my ID &proof of address and req she send the persons ID & the contact signed, the ID no's are the same different faces, issue dates, and the sindicate used my first name only .was called by the dept on tuesday and req i send affidavit, and certifed ID, i also send my certified drivers license so they can see the signatures are not the same I send all of this on the at 9:31on the 09/205/2012 to [Email Removed] I was advised id be called in 48 hour or 5 working days if there is any delays TILL TO DATE NO CALL FROM THEIR DEPT, when I called in & wanted to cancel the contact paying June in adv as i was MAD AS i was told I cant cancel as my contact was extented to 2015!!! im more supprised how VC has taken such as serious matter litely, my lawyers are handling this matter now!!
