It's been two weeks, Cell C is still unable to do a sim swap, I've been called by several people, it's been escalated so many times, they even told me that they can't help me now because I am 182 in the queue, een though it's been two weeks. I pay my contract every month and yet they have no sense of urgency with such a simple request. I have no access to my number or airtime that I am paying for.
