When the consultant signed my new contract around the 28/4/2013, I explained that i needed my old number 083 231 3655, but due to the fact the number was ported to another service provider within the past 30 days, this could not be done immediately. Saajid (Vodacom Lenasia), the consultant, asured me this would be done after 60 days, and in the interem he would issue me with another vodacom no and then transfer to the old number once we were able to port again. When I phoned them on 10/7/2013 I get told the number I was given 076 012 4888 will have to remain for the next 2 years. All my electronic signatures and busness details are linked to my old number, I stand to loose tens of thousands in lost business and Im stuck with a meaningless number.
