Web Africa - not working. Again

I am not getting my mails again. My Outlook says that my logon credentials are being rejected by by the host server. Tried calling you. Holding on for 6 mins on my cell without any answer apart from a cheerful message about how important my call is. You guys have gone from bad to hopeless. PLEASE FIX MY MAILS SO THAT I, TOO, CAN LIVE IN THE 21ST CENTURY.
