No answer on phones nor e-mails!

I have now sent 2 e-mails to request that my entry be changed from male to female, as I entered myself incorrectly. I have also now been holding on the phone for over an hour with no answer!
You guys only want our money and is not at all interested in customer service. I will be doing the next race that I entered for, but will NEVER again enter any of your races again. You are useless!!!
