On the 11th of June 2013 I phone Telkom to create a stand alone e-mail for me as my contract ended. I advise the guy that I do not download my mails but only use webmail. He promised me that he backed up my emails as they are extremely important.
They are not on the server. I phoned Telkom yesterday and after 45 minutes on hold, am disconnected. Today I phone again and I am told that it is impossible to back up the emails and the reference given to me is incorrect.
I feel so violated now, years of every important emails are gone now and will cost me dearly.
How are you going to fix this???
