We run an office for a lady businesswoman. neotel is her service provider. we recieve mails (which reguralrily 'go down') via the Neotel 'server'.
This server went down last weekend. When we tried to sort it out Daniel, REFUSED to hold while we validated the account holder.
This lady NEVER comes to the office. It is therefore IMPOSSIBLE for us to recieve the lady's mails and therefore her business suffers due to the refusal of Daniel to 'hold on' while we phone to validate.
I ACTUALLY DONT KNOW what to do.
How do we get the mails to conduct the ;business for this lady. This business is VERY 'email' based. we have NO IDEA what we are 'missing'.
