No answer to e-mails nor telephone calls

I received my statement but for some reason I couldn't open the attachment.
I have sent about 15 e-mails requesting that the e-mail be resent, but still no answer.
I will not be paying my account until I receive the statement, and don't dare penalise me!!!
If you could just do your job and answer your e-mails or make an effort to anwer your phones, then this e-mail would not have been necessary!!!
You guys are useless!!!
