I sent an email to change debit order dates, a lady got back to and said that they have changed it to the last day of the month, then called in to enquire about getting an additional contract, i was told i would not qualify because im in arrears, how did i go from changing dates to being in arrears, then the agent told me i can apply again after 3 months, then another agent called to tell me its 6months not 3 months & i will have to start process all over again? someone please clarify how i got into arrears if i changed dates?
