You guys are financing my car and you deduct money every last day of the month but on Thursday (07-02-2013) i spoke to Abigail (supervisor) regarding the changing of dates to debit money into my account from the 25th of every month. And question was standard bank debited money from my account last month (end of January) now am asking you guys to debit starting from this 15-02-2013 meaning am paying 15 days ealier but you saying the intalment is stil the same.

Abigail told me that before you change the dates one of the consultant will call me telling the terms and conditions of changing the dates, only to my suprise to receive the sms from the bank saying your date has being amended as requested. i have received any call from you as Abigail promised, then i phoned gain on Tuesday (12-02-2013) to complain that why you did not call and i requested to speak to Abigail as usual the call centre agent said she is out of the office i mean realy during office hours. the agent told me that she has send an email to Abigail to call me back, even today I have yet to receive a call from her.
