No response - Incorrect

MTN over charged me by R12 000 and then switched off my account. Took them more than 2 weeks to "correct" this and to switch my account back on. Not only did they charge me full price for the month where I only had access to the service for 2 weeks, they also took R600 credit that I had in my account.

I have been trying more than 2 weeks now to get hold of anyone to speak to me never mind resolve my issue. I have raised 3 queries on MTN active, phoned their Cape Town call centre on multiple occasions (no answer), phoned Zulpha who tried to help me previously on multiple occasions (also no answer), and left multiple voice messages for Tyron Wagner the store manager who's store made the mistake in the first place and still no response.
