My 3G Data Card is blocked because "I am in arrears". Despite discussing and explaining the whole position with Yesan (Consultant at Hillcrest) Head Office does not seem to be responding to him and I am still blocked despite trying to get it sorted out 3 weeks ago! Yesan has all the details including the payments made to the account and the details about the other Data Card which was to be cancelled as at 30 April 2013. I believe that this cards "non-cancellation" is at the root of the problem within the Nashua Mobile System but it is not my problem if your system cannot cope with a simple cancellation! I have now paid a fortune in Pay-as-you-go Data Bundles in order to keep in contact and I am sure it would have been cheaper just to simply pay what the Nashua System says I owe but I refuse to do that out of Principle!

Bottom line is that after 3 weeks of trying to sort things out at the Hillcrest Branch I still have not had my problem resolved, AND to date I have yet to have anyone phone or contact me about this. I keep going into the branch and the consultant simply shrugs his shoulders saying that he has not had a response! And this is supposed to be a "Communications" Co!
