Could someone from Vodacom please contract me besides Rashieda Jattiem, I have sent her countless of emails which she reads and she never responds.

The issues with my cellphones has not been resolved, I received a long email telling me how sorry Vodacom is yet you do not seem sorry at all.

I have spent yet another week with no response and when I went to Vodaworld, the lady at who was sitting at at the front desk of the customer care, told me to go to Rankiesfontain, now how is that fair on me now.

I have received emails promising me calls and a solution but nothing, not a word from anyone, besides am sms reminding me to pay, I mean really now.
