How pathetic that Colin Ramrathau would believe the OF his employee Clifton - when Clifton told Colin he did in fact mention to me about excess when I handed in my mobile
If this was mentioned I would have viewed my options before handing in the phone but little did I realize I am dealing with an incompetent. From the start this has been a total UP. Sonay the branch manager was asked to call me back on Thursday up until today she has not done that (is that what being a manager is all about) yet again bad service. Is this what you call customer service? If I had not called again today no one would have gotten back to me. I have made sooo many calls and still no luck - am only being told by Colin that sorry I cant do anything to help you Sonay the manager said you would have to pay excess. Again not once was anything mentioned to us about excess. I have been trying to resolve this queries calling back and forth however am getting no luck. Worst service ever from EDGARD PE
