I have closed my policy with hollard a few months ago, and it is closed with them. However it still shows as open on my credit report. I need this closed. I have been calling hollard for the last 2 months and was advised this will be updated on the bureaux side, however after 2 months of calls and promises it is still open.
Call ref's 221987815 and 223596337. Other calls were made as well but I was told the original references will be used. This is really frustrating and what I need done is just not happening.
