* NUMBER PORTED TO ANOTHER PROVIDER DESPITE 2 PHONECALLS ON 31/5/2013 TO CANCEL THE REQUEST FROM OTHER PROVIDER AND TOLD THAT IT HAD BEEN CANCELLED. (WAS GIVEN MIS-INFORMATION BY MTN THAT I COULD SWITCH MY CONTRACT TO PAYG IN THE FINAL MONTH).
* PHONE CUT OFF ON 3/6/2013 WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATION.
* WAITED FOR OVER 30 MINUTES ON HOLD ON EVENING OF 31/5/2013 AT MY EXPENSE.
* BEEN CHARGED FULL MONTHLY LINE RENTAL PLUS EXTRA CALL CHARGES FOR STATEMENT PERIOD. I CANNOT SEE HOW THIS CAN BE WHEN MY LINE WAS ONLY ACTIVE WITH MTN FOR 14 DAYS.
* 2 EMAILS SENT TO MTN AGENTS THAT HAVE BEEN TOTALLY IGNORED.
* FURIOUS AND FRUSTRATED WITH THIS APPALLING SERVICE.
