I am still waiting for feedback and someone to contact me regarding my phone. Phone was booked in on the 18/06/2013.
How long is this warranty assessment going to take?
Total no of days I am without my phone for this month is 15 days including the first assessment.
Please give me a time frame for this complaint or am I just supposed to wait indefinitely?
