On the 19/1/2013 i got a new. BB9900 on the 23/2/2013 it switched off and i could not get it to switch on again. I went to the galleria store only to be told if i wanted to send it for warranty assessment i needed to bring it back in the original box with the ALL the packaging. I returned on the 2/3/2013 with the box and all the contents only to be told there was 1 piece of the packaging missing so they could not send it for warranty assessment but could send it for repairs, i agreed as i did not want to be without a phone. I have called to find out on the progress to be told i will be getting a REFURBISHED phone, when my phone was only a month old??? And i have not heard another word from MTN going on a month now i think this entire process is shocking i sent a mail on the 20/3/2013 to a link on MTN website and lodged the complaint i received an email with a reference number but that it NOTHING MORE . I am appalled by this total lack of urgency and feedback from MTN
