On the 11th June I applied for an IPad through MTN on top of my cell phone contract and was told 48 hours... Today, the 24th June, I have again received a message saying stock hasn't been delivered. When I go Into the branch- now 4 times- I do not get an ETA as the excuse Is that for security reasons they are not told. I am officially sick of this customer service and have advised them to cancel It with Immediate effect. I am also awaiting the contract deduction as It was supposed to start this month... I can't wait for them to deduct for the IPad this month. This Is shocking service, DON'T ADVERTISE THE PRODUCT IF YOU CANT DELIVER ON THE AGREEMENT!
