Cell C

I signed up for my second cell c contract for a laptop. i was told that it would cost me R250 per month. my dongle and sim was . i went to wonderpark to report this after being billed R700 the lady informed me that i cannot cancel during the month, i had to wait till the first of May to cancel. 1st of May I went to cancel at Brooklyn mall, I was helped by this guy with dreads. In May 700 was billed again. June i was billed R800 i went again to Brooklyn to query I was assisted by another, said its from the previous month. I said it was fine and told me from now on i would be billed R250. I canceled the sim but did not do a sim swap because i do not have a dongle and i wont use it. this morning I have been billed R400. I am very angry at this and I want my money refunded. I cannot keep giving cell c my money. I m so disappointed at this and all my financial strains caused. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WANT TO CANCEL THE CONTRACT WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. THIS IS AGAINST EVERY RULE IN THE CONSUMER PROTECTION.
