Bad training, and REALLY bad service

I ordered an ipad mini online on 15 June. On 18 June I called to check the offer was advised that it had been a technical error & that the ipad mini offer was not available online I had to go to a vodastore. This was incorrect as a few hours later someone called me to say my application was approved, the device would be delivered in 5 days. They knew nothing of the technical error the previous person told me about! 2 weeks later I had to call to follow up as my ipad had not arrived only to be told you were out of stock, my order had not been dispatched. No sms no call to advise the customer of delay? It eventually arrived on 2 July but the wrong sim card was sent - I had to phone u again. Was placed on hold & forgotten about as 15 min later i was still on hold. Dont you train consultants to check on people that are hanging on the line? I had to call back, was told the correct sim would be delivered in 5 days. It arrived, it was AGAIN the wrong size as no one in your office was trainined that the mini ipad uses a NANO sim not a MICRO sim! Called AGAIN, was told the sim would be delivered after your consultant had to Google what sim card to send! 3 weeks later still waiting!
